We are excited to announce the 2026 Hired Guns Guest Chef Dinner Series!!
It's no wonder that the Hired Guns Guest Chef Series always sells out when you know that we've hosted chefs like Matt Conroy & Isabel Coss, Jeremiah Langhorne, JJ Johnson, Karen Akunowicz, Vivian Howard, Jenner Tomaska, Brooke Williamson, Brian Voltaggio, and Kelsey Barnard Clark. And YES, they cook their own dishes and bring them out to your table, just like the Gunshow kitchen team does.
The 2026 season line-up is an outstanding line-up of talented chefs representing various cuisines, from all regions of the country!
EACH SEASON TICKET PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- (2) tickets to each of the 6 Hired Guns dinners
- Each dinner includes 10 courses, perfect for sharing
- Opportunities to take photos with the chefs - don't forget your camera!
- Autographed menus after each dinner signed by the Guest Chef, Chef Cody and the Gunshow Team

Select your seating time from the dropdown menu. PLEASE BE CERTAIN YOU ARE SELECTING THE CORRECT SEATING TIME PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT. As this event typically sells out quickly and seatings are limited, we will not be able to adjust your seating time once you have purchased your tickets.
If you are selling or giving your tickets as a gift, please contact the restaurant to update the contact information for the guests attending so that we can confirm allergies or dietary restrictions.
If a member of your party has an allergy or dietary restriction, we are happy to accommodate, but due to the nature of the shared plate dining experience, the tasting menu for your entire party will reflect the allergies and restrictions.
THE FINE PRINT:
Season tickets are sold as pairs (2) and are non-refundable. Gratuities and beverages are NOT included. When Season Tickets are sold out, there will not be any tickets for individual dinners available. If by chance there are available tickets for individual dinners, they will go on sale for $300 a pair 30 days prior to each dinner (ie: if there are any available tickets for the February 22nd dinner, they will go on sale January 22nd)
