Seafood at Home - Zoom Cooking Class - May 16th

Cooking seafood at home can be daunting! A lot of us like to be healthy and eat fresh, but when it comes to seafood we are not sure where to start. Cook with me as we learn tips and tricks on how to purchase, store, and prepare fresh seafood at home.

This class will begin at 4:30pm on Sunday, May 16th and should take a little under 2 hours. We will send you digital copies of each recipe in advance via email, as well as some pointers for what to have ready before the class if you wish to cook along. Cost for this class is $49 per link.

Tentative Menu (subject to change at Chef Kevin's discretion):
  • Trout Almondine
  • Olive Oil Poached Shrimp
  • Baked Salmon with Crab Butter
